Description
This is the ultimate collection of push to connect (quick push, quick fit) water fittings 3D models used in water purification (reverse osmosis) systems and other fluidic devices like coffee machines (5/16"- 5/32") and beverage dispensers (5/16"- 5/32"). The collection contains 153 items. The models are created based on the real-world sizes of different vendors. As there are no strict standards for accurate dimensions, different vendors' sizes may vary by a few percent (excluding the thread and the collet inner diameter). All fittings contain a clip as a separate object. Fittings contain a simplified thread and internal channels with real-world diameters and geometry; push collet mechanism absent (collet-fitting as a single-body simplification). Check valves contain a simplified check mechanism (plate+pin+spring) model as a separate part — you can delete it if you don’t need it. Flow regulators contain a detailed 3D model of the valve as a separate part (simplified thread). The whole library can be downloaded as a single zip file. The archive also contains a material library (.mat) used for creating rendered image examples.
