The WG 0005 - field cultivator is a versatile mounted cultivator designed for shallow and medium-depth soil cultivation, seedbed preparation, mechanical weed control, and post-harvest residue management. Engineered for modern farming operations, it delivers intensive soil mixing while maintaining excellent field performance across a wide range of soil conditions.

The cultivator is equipped with three rows of spring-loaded tines mounted on heavy-duty square-section coil spring shanks. This proven tine design ensures reliable soil ***********, effective vibration action, and excellent overload protection, allowing the machine to operate efficiently even in demanding field conditions.

A generous tine spacing of 600 mm provides outstanding residue flow and intensive soil mixing, enabling efficient incorporation of crop residues and thorough undercutting of weeds across the full working width. The cultivator operates at working depths from 2 to 15 cm, making it suitable for both shallow conservation tillage and intensive seedbed preparation.

The rear support roller ensures accurate depth control, soil reconsolidation, and a level working surface. A spring tine harrow positioned behind the roller completes the cultivation process by evenly distributing uprooted weeds and plant residues across the field surface, promoting rapid drying and improving weed suppression.

The WG 0005 features a universal three-point linkage compatible with Category II and Category III tractors, ensuring broad compatibility across different tractor classes and farming operations.

The machine platform is available in a wide range of configurations, including rigid mounted models with working widths of 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, and 4.0 metres, as well as hydraulic folding versions with working widths of 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0 metres. This flexibility allows farmers to select the optimal machine size according to field conditions, tractor power, and operational requirements.
