The SerLea ACE was an American twin-barreled smg that was produced by Arms Craft & Engineering.
Allegedly designed by a Lebanese combat veteran, the SerLea ACE is a double-barreled, blowback-operated, magazine-fed open bolt fired smg chambered in the 9×19mm Parabellum round. The weapon has twin barrels, twin magazines, and twin bolts, with a ratchet type synchronizing device with a sear/cam that holds the moving bolt after firing the round, releasing instantly the rival bolt vice versa to turn the weapon into a single high rate of fire smg. The weapon may fire one barrel at a time only if one magazine is inserted. The barrels come with cooling fins and a compensator in the muzzle. Ejection ports are on both sides making the SerLea an ambidextrous weapon. ****ing handle is at the rear behind the pistol grip ****ing both bolts at the same time. The weapon also has a vertical foregrip between the barrels for recoil handling.
The SerLea was allegedly marketed to the Los Angeles Police Department but saw no sales. A blank-firing prototype was loaned out for movie work.
