Riproduzione 3D dell'opera d'arte Fountain di Marcel Duchamp, realizzata dall'artista francese nella prima metà del XX secolo andata perduta in circostanze non ancora del tutto chiare. L'unico testimonianza che rimane dell'opera d'arte è una fotografia scatta dal noto fotografo americano Alfred Stieglitz, successivamente pubblicata sulla rivista "The Blind Man", tra i fondatori anche lo stesso Duchamp, con il titolo The exhibit refused by the Independents. Ad oggi gli esemplari esistenti firmati con R. Mutt 1917 dall'artista stesso sono in tutto 14. Ogni esemplare pur rifacendosi ad un unico oggetto presenta delle differenze, alcune sono minime altre più evidenti, ma il design industriale, il materiale e i piccoli fori presenti sulla parte interna rendono ancora questo oggetto alieno e allo stesso tempo estremamente familiare.

3D reproduction of Marcel Duchamp's artwork Fountain, created by the French artist in the first half of the 20th century that was lost under circumstances that are not yet entirely clear. The only remaining evidence of the artwork is a photograph taken by the well-known American photographer Alfred Stieglitz, later published in the magazine "The Blind Man," among the founders also Duchamp himself, under the title The exhibit refused by the Independents. To date there are a total of 14 existing specimens signed with R. Mutt 1917 by the artist himself. Each specimen while referring to a single object has differences, some are minimal others more obvious, but the industrial design, material and small holes on the inside still make this object alien and at the same time extremely familiar.
