The R-11 aircraft refueler (developed by Kovatch Corporation) replaced the previous R-9 in service with the United States Air Force (USaF). Currently it is the primary mobile refueling vehicle of the USAF. It is based on a Navistar International Model 7400 SBA 6x4 chassis.
