- real-world scale in feet/inch
- whole object is one group
- same layer objects are grouped or attached for easy selection and objects are logically named
- model have only out wall not detail interior wall
- original file format - 3ds max 2014 scanline version with materials
- tree, car objects are not in max file.
- 3ds, obj, fbx, dae (multi format)

polycount(without subdivision):
- 25139 polygons
- 32562 vertices

lumion file information:
- original file format - lumion 8 with materials
- objects organized by layer

materials:-
- 3ds max file included standard materials with texture image
- materials are in multi sub-objects.

render:
- renders previews are from lumion.
- render lumion file included.

warning:-
- the exchange formats(obj, 3ds, fbx and dae) do not have textures.
