Supplemental License Terms

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the designer and rights holder (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”) of the digital CAD / 3D model files (“Product”).

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, design rights, and industrial property rights related to the Product, remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.
This Agreement does not constitute a transfer of ownership; only a limited license is granted.

2. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for:

Visualization, rendering, and presentation purposes

Concept development and design evaluation

Personal or commercial projects limited to non-mass-production use

Internal design validation and reference only

Use is subject to the purchased license type.

3. Prohibited Uses

The Licensee shall not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or transfer th

Provide the Product, in whole or in part, to any third party, whether free or paid

Use the Product as a stock asset, template, or digital library item

Share, expose, or distribute source CAD files (STEP, IGES, Fusion, SolidWorks, or s

4. Derivative Works

Any modifications, adaptations, or derivative works created from the Product do not remove or override the Licensor’s intellectual property rights.
All derivative works remain subject to this Agreement.

5. Manufacturing and Commercial Use

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of Türkiye.
