I'm a carpenter by trade and a project manager for a residential remodeling company. I work in homes of people who have a desire to upgrade their preexisting kitchens and bathrooms.

As a project manager I find myself trying to explain and even try to offer clients some insight of what's going on with their remodeling projects. In many cases they hear everything that I'm saying just have a very difficult time visualizing the finished results.

Having a low budget to work with I have found myself simply trying to draw things out in a 3 dimensional drawing based upon the blueprints they have little understanding of.These 3 dimensional drawings seem to be a hit with most and answered many of their question in ways they could visually see.

What I am now trying to do is create 3D models of their homes and what they will look like after the remodeling job is finished. But as you can imagine it takes a lot of work and time to create 3D models.

The 3D models I have created so far have been for my own personal use of show and tell.
Many of the individual models I use to create the overall model of their home I reuse in other models.
Like for example,a toilet. Each time I create a new bathroom I don't recreate a new toilet I just reuse the one I had already created.

The models I create aren't lifelike or very realistic like many of the ones offered on sites that sell 3D models. But they aren't created with the entinsions of selling them at a high dollar. They are created to assist homeowners in making financial decisions based upon what they can visually see and make changes to the remodeling job they are paying for in real life.

Each model I work on I give it a reasonable price tag to keep the overall cost as low as I can. If a homeowner wants a copy of the scaled model of their home I am willing to sell it to them at a fair price. A price far lower then they will find anywhere on the web buying models and putting them in a finished package like the ones I offer.

I fully enjoy working and creating the 3D models rather they sell or not. These 3D models I have found to be very useful and I am willing to start placing some of them on-line for sell.

If people like them and want to buy them for use in whatever they like I'm happy to offer them at a cheap price but only here on 3DEXPORTS.
