Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior 3D Artist able to keep the balance of a model optimization and its quality look.

Developing MMO games is very challenging. In our view, it is as much rewarding. We want to find someone who shares our passion for challenge and excellence to enjoy this path together.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models of characters, environment, props of HighPoly models: LP, UV, Bake
• Efficiently use the texture space and take into consideration the pixel ratio
• Integrate assets and textures produced in the game engine
• Communicate with the level designers and modify the objects to their requirements
• Use artistic references to improve visuals
• Basic skills working in Unity engine

Skills & Requirements

• A portfolio of your 3D works
• Experience in 3D modeling (Maya) - low poly, high poly, normal map extraction.
• 2D skills — Adobe Photoshop proficient
• Experience creating and oprtimizing assets for game engines
• Good notion of proportions and keen eye for the detail
• Understanding of classic animation principles
• Able to micro plan and time estimate your work

Will be a plus

• Prior experience working on large-scale projects
• Basic knowledge of HLSL/GLSL or other scripting languages (MEL, Python)
• Art or Technical Degree
• Good English skills
• Passion for video games
