there are four (base color, metal, rough, normal)+four(diffuse, spec, gloss, normal) 4096x4096 texture files in .png file format. these textures can be downloaded in separate archives. archives with .blend, .dae, .obj, .fbx in their names include according file format plus 4 textures for metal/rough workflow. textures may need to be reapplied in the software of your choice to work.
