this is an updated version of cartoon guy with some changes upon requests that have been made.

some of the modifications include:

new face rig slider ui via the n(property) panel of the 3d view shown when jaw is selected

eye target lock control and pupil shrink controls shown when eye target is selected

a third control for each eyebrow

2 light setups and a camera that actually points toward the character

optional ik stretch for arms and legs

extra controls for cartoony deformations

stretchy neck and torso

extra spine controls

if i missed any of the suggested changes or you think of something else that would be cool in the rig i'll try my best to make it happen.
