Coffee and Cookies FREE model According to legend, the shepherd Kaldi from the province of Kaffa in southern Ethiopia (according to one version, the word coffee itself comes from the name of the province) noticed that after drinking coffee berries his goats became active and refused to sleep at night. Caldi reported his observations to the abbot of the local monastery, but he condemned the shepherd and threw the berries into the fire.
