• - The topology of the product is clean.
  
• - The UV map of the product is clean.
  
• - The product is suitable for all Game Engines and 3D software.
  
• - The surfaces of the product are usually Quad surfaces and very rarely some surfaces are Tris.
  
• - Model dimensions are based on the real world. The volume(scale) of objects can be easily reduced/increased.
  

• - Texture Setup: PBR
  
• - Texture Resolution: 4K | 2K | 1K (If you want higher or lower, send me a message)
  
• - Texture Extension: JPG (If you want a different extension, send me a message)
  
• - Texture Types: Base Color, Diffuse, Roughness, Glossiness, Specular, Metallic, NormalDX, NormalGL, Height, AO (A small note: You can't use them all at the same time, only use the ones you need!)
