i release a 3d file printable with any printer of a reusable face protection mask. the mask is made up of 2 pieces: the mask with the filter holder and the filter closure.

the mask can be used with house homemade filters in tnt (non-woven fabric), filter paper or any suitable thin material.

compared to other printable protective masks:

1) the filter holder does not require a closure by means of a silicone thickness to be installed, but has a thread capable of supporting the filter and making the closure hermetic!

2) printing time of only about 2 hours!

this type of face mask / protector is not designed to stop viruses or filter pathogens but only to reduce the risk of transmission of infectious agents by droplets.

this mask cannot be certified and must not replace certified commercial protection masks but should only be used in extreme cases where other more reliable protection systems cannot be found!


it is recommended to always print it with certified materials for contact with skin and mucous membranes. in particular, i recommend to use pla, a biodegradable, non-toxic material that does not irritate the skin.

once the print is complete, just pass two wires through the side holes (choose the right pair according to the shape of the face) to support the mask (behind the ears).

the shape of the mask easily adapts to the shape of the face. for any needs of different sizes, just change the scale of the structure and the cap with a slice software.

the mask can be reused by sanitizing it and changing the filter after each use!
