Keep in mind that this is a high poly model for Zbrush with millions of polygons
If you go down to the first subdiv (low poly), you can use smooth hand masking and rotation to give the arms a pose.
By default, the model is in T-pose
If you need a model for animation, take a look at the lowpoly version of this model on my list.
