Rigged model of Sailor Chibimoon.
Objects are separated into the following main groups
Main Body:
body (shapekeys included, with mask modifiers to ensure body parts don't stick out of clothing), eyebrows (shapekeys included), hairfront, hairback, hairbun, hairbigtail, hairside, body_eye_L and body_eye_R (shapekeys included)
Normal sailor uniform (maskfeets, maskarms, maskbody should all be enabled on body mesh):
body_sailorsuit, boots, bow, buncover, choker, earings, glove_guard, gloves, heartbroche, shoulder guard, tiara, jewel, waist guard, backbow, skirt.
Super sailor uniform (maskfeets, maskarms, maskbody should all be enabled on body mesh):
body_sailorsuit_super, boots_super_decor, choker_super, earing_super, hair*****ory, heart_super, moon_tiara, should_guard_super, waistguard_super, backbow_super, skirt_super, waist_heart, waistguard_super2
Swimwear:
body_swimsuit, bow_white, floaty, skirtridge, swimsuit_skirt
body_swimsuitsailor, swimsuitpants, swimsuitbow
Cat outfit (mask_kneehigh should be enabled on body mesh):
body_catsuit, cat_choker, cat_headband, cat_suit_skirt, cat_tail, catgloves, catshoes, socks, underwear
All objects have subdivision modifier on them with division level set to 1. You can freely set the division level to what looks best to you. The vert/polygon count is based on subdivision of 1 on all objects. The wireframe image shown is one without any subdivision.
Blender model is rigged using Blenrig5. For full utility, you should download the Blenrig addon for Blender 2.7 here: https://cloud.blender.org/p/blenrig/56965fc3c379cf44546120e1

Model is posed using controls in biped_blenrig (make sure to select the right layer) and facial expressions are affected by shape keys on objects.
Each object is uv mapped to one of the textures (in png format) included in the file.
