3D Model Description: Elegant Vase Designed with NURBS and Optimized for 3D Printing

This vase is a harmonious blend of precision engineering and artistic expression. Initially modeled in Rhinoceros using NURBS curves, the design features smooth, flowing lines, mathematical accuracy, and impeccable geometric control. This approach ensured a flawless surface and high precision during the design phase.

To enhance its organic appeal and surface detail, the model was imported into ZBrush for artistic refinement. Here, subtle relief elements were added, wall thickness was optimized, and the mesh was carefully prepared for 3D printing. Special attention was paid to printability — mesh defects were corrected, normals were unified, and the model was made watertight to ensure a successful print.

The final preparation stage was completed in Chitubox, where support structures were generated and manually adjusted to suit SLA (stereolithography) 3D printing. Supports were optimized to minimize surface impact and ensure easy post-processing.

The finished model is ideal for high-resolution 3D printing and can serve as both a functional interior piece or an artistic sculptural object. This vase is the result of a seamless workflow combining digital precision, artistic detailing, and modern additive manufacturing technology.
