Laser cut planetary gear type mechanical iris-3 leaf-D130d43 3D Принт Модель

There are 3 leaves. Parts are designed for laser cut, but you can 3d print the parts too. DXF and STL files are included in the attachment. The outer diameter is 130mm, center hole’s diameter is 43mm, and total thickness is 12mm.
DXF files are for laser cutting. Try to make the gap as small as possible when laser cutting, and the thickness is 3 mm.
STL files are for 3d printing. Suggest using resin material when printing.

What you need to buy are some pins, bolts and nuts.
Pin-Diameter 2mm, length 5mm, 24pcs;
Bolt,washer &Nut-M3, length 16mm, 3pcs.
To move the blades, there are two ways:
1. Rotate the small gear with a tool;
2. Rotate the ring gear.
