simple room scene Лоу-поли 3D Модель

model formats:
- .mb (maya 2016 file)
- .obj
- .fbx
- texture2d (all texture files ' chair, hanger, picture, safe, shoe rack, socket, table, wall inside, wall outside and window)

*nb! - rigged is only the door - fixed movement from closed to ~100* open.

* all files archived in .zip format
* maya mental ray used for previews.

other information:
this is finished simple room. outside texture is not that good as you can see. the first idea was to used it by myself and the project was room inside only. you may see that the ceiling looks black - the reason is that there is no added light (only in the lamp)
everything is low-poly as possible for similar scene. windows are fixed. furniture placed with gravity option.

unwrapped uvs mixed? - the uvs are overlapping in inside wall texture only (as i can remember)
