this is finished simple room. outside texture is not that good as you can see. the first idea was to used it by myself and the project was room inside only. you may see that the ceiling looks black - the reason is that there is no added light (only in the lamp)
everything is low-poly as possible for similar scene. ***dows are fixed. furniture placed with gravity option.

unwrapped uvs mixed? - the uvs are overlapping in inside wall texture only (as i can remember)
some mental ray materials used so not sure how they will show in fbx. 打印准备: 否
