Great Cardiac Vein.
Left and Right Coronary Artery.
The back of the heart.
The opening to see the inside of the heart and its works.
All the valves are there as well.

TEXTURES:
8192 x 8192 Normal map for the exterior back and opening of the heart.
4096 x 4096 Color map for the exterior back and opening of the heart.
4096 x 4096 Specular map for the exterior back and opening of the heart.
2048 x 2048 Color and Specular map for both the Mitral Valve and the Tricuspid Valve
Right and left Coronary Artery, Great Cardiac Vein, Pulmonary Valve and the Aortic Valve are procedural materials.

LIGHT SETUP:
All the images that are up for display was rendered with Maya 2012 mental ray. The light setup consists of 3 point light rig with a 2 directional rim lights setup along with a key light. There is also a background image used for final gather and also for reflections to help make the heart have a wet look.
