This work in progress enables you to use readily available lint rollers to easily clean dust from slot car tires. Turn the crank a couple turns and you're done without ******* fumbling.Print two carrier pieces and slide them into the base-plate. IF it feels too tight, sand the dovetail edges a bit, and glue with C/A glue when in place.
Print two hubs, they go into the roller tube, and you can print one or two handles and knobs.
You will need to source 1/4 inch hexagonal aluminum stock for the axle. I got some at Online Metals .com, for not too much money. You can use bits of 3/32 slot car axle for the handle spindles.
