low poly fantasy game tree 12.

tree was designed to be used in a game.

ready for unreal engine (comes with migrated asset folder : tree_12)
also comes with low poly version that can be used as a lod (fbx file which is migrated too):

1 uv map

2 materials:
- one for leaves (with alpha channel),
- one for bark

maps:
- for bark : 2048 x 2048 diffuse (5 color variations), and generated : normal, occlusion and specular
- for leaves : 1024 x 1024 diffuse (4 color variations), and generated : normal, occlusion and specular

tree 12 was rendered using blender cycles render engine (3 point light plus environment light).
other screens are from unreal engine 4. there is also a uv map screenshot.

please note that trees 10 to 12 uses the same texture sets (different color variations as mentioned above) !!!
