Mold for diecast military tire 13 Scale 1 to 10 and 1 to 14 and 1 to 25 3D Baskı Modeli

The mold is intended for the tire manufacture from silicone or similar flexible material in scale 1:10, 1:14, 1:25. It consists of 2 parts: top and bottom part. Each part can be 3D printed without supports.

Mold dimensions 1:10:

- diameter – 115 mm

- height – 30.5 mm

Tire dimensions 1:10:

-         outer diameter – 75 mm

-         overall width – 20.5 mm

-         inner diameter – 47.5 mm

Mold dimensions 1:14:

- diameter – 94 mm

- height – 25 mm

Tire dimensions 1:14:

-         outer diameter – 54 mm

-         overall width – 15 mm

-         inner diameter – 34 mm

Mold dimensions 1:25:

- diameter – 70 mm

- height – 18.5 mm

Tire dimensions 1:25:

-         outer diameter – 30 mm

-         overall width – 8.5 mm

-         inner diameter – 19 mm

If you want a different wheel size, simply scale the mold.

The bottom mold part has 5 special bosses and Top mold part has 5 special holes to guide mold parts in the closed state. Also, there are 4 slots for better opening with a screwdriver or similar instrument.

In the Top mold part are 4 small holes for material injection.

Both mold parts have 4 holes with diameter 6 mm for bolting it in closed state.
