opera theater realistic 低聚 3D 模型

a realistic 3d model of an opera theater modeled in 3ds max and rendered in vray.

fbx, obj and 2013 max scene also included. this model was imported and tested in unreal engine, lumion, unity, cinema 4d and blender also and worked fine.

design: this model was slightly based on bolshoi theater. but has different stage design.

little background story: a photo realistic full mesh models tend to be hard and exhausting to handle inside any 3d package. so i have achieved the most optimized scene possible to handle for users who download my model. quality against speed you know. this scene will go well on most pcs.
