a realistic 3d model of an opera theater modeled in 3ds max and rendered in vray.import:
fbx, obj and 2013 max scene also included. this model was imported and tested in unreal engine, lumion, unity, cinema 4d and blender also and worked fine.
design: this model was slightly based on bolshoi theater. but has different stage design.
little background story: a photo realistic full mesh models tend to be hard and exhausting to handle inside any 3d package. so i have achieved the most optimized scene possible to handle for users who download my model. quality against speed you know. this scene will go well on most pcs.
usage: originally my model wasn't intended for any architectural interior or any cad design. it's more related to a media. use it on your tv ads, motion graphic or movie animation projects or video games. Print Ready: No
