low poly of cartoon barracuda made with 3d studio max 8

in max version only:

the model is rigged ( spine, head, fin).
the mouth is moved (open close) with morphing targer .
a second scene comes exactly as the presentation picture, all objetcs are present
(background,rocks,shell, sea urchin seaweed sand floor etc..)
texture are hand made and large enough for close view.
no special render engine needed, just unzip and render.
the model is finely skined, the mesh is clean and quad only, is very easy to anime, and perfect for game.

the exchanges formats are not rigged they are uvw mapped with the same textures than the native file.
