Military truck Modèle 3D

The Agrale Marrua AM41 light utility truck was first revealed in 2013. It was developed to meet a possible Brazilian armed forces requirement. Even though it is a member of Agrale Marrua (wild bull) family of 4x4 military vehicles, it has entirely different design. The AM41 is much larger machine that can carry more payload. This truck is also being proposed for possible export customers.

This truck has a payload capacity of 2 500 kg and can transport cargo and troops on any terrain. The AM41 accommodates 14 troops in the rear cargo area on metallic seats. The cargo area is covered with bows and canvas cover. The Marrua AM41 can also tow trailers or artillery pieces with a maximum weight of 2 500 kg.

A forward control cab accommodates driver and one passenger. A seat for the second passenger is proposed as an option.

This military truck is powered by MWM MaxxForce 4.8 turbocharged diesel engine, developing 162 hp. It is worth noting that MWM International is a Navistar company. This engine complies with EURO III emission requirements. It is mated to an Eaton manual transmission with 5 forward and 1 reverse speeds. Vehicle has a selectable 4x4 configuration. It is engaged when travelling over rough terrain. On hard surface roads this vehicle uses 4x2 configuration. A self-recovery winch is optional.
