the butterfly stroke is a swimming style, a variation of the breaststroke or breaststroke, in which both arms are brought together forward above the water and then backwards at the same time underwater. the movement of the arms is continuous and is always accompanied by an undulating movement of the hips, which is born when the head is brought down when entering the water, and culminates with the kick, called dolphin, it is a downward and abrupt movement feet together.
