the lounge suite’s bottom is overlapping, but all other is non-overlapping.
all textures and materials are included, easy adjustable, named accordingly and will load with both 3dsmax 2014 scene file and the obj file. the obj file has a temporary reflection map included.
the render is done with standard mental ray settings
