able to create detailed and optimized models within a poly budget of 2.5-5k.

use substance painter for texturing

able to create efficient UV layouts without much room for wasted UV space 

models do not have any verts that do not contribute to the shape

knows how to make a model ready for animating

knows how to go from concept to finalization

knows basic handpainting

knows how to bake maps

preferably uses blender

knows how to work efficiently using the tools programs offer to work quicker rather than taking the longer route. i.e; know the modifiers and keybinds.

3 years minimum experience
