high quality model. 3ds max with vray materials version includes all textures. just merge into your scene and render.

You say 'materials included'? I see none.
Also I think you have a tendency to over-price your models?
I think when creating models for a model-bank (= supermarket) it's wise to make your models affordable and go for quantity of sales, instead of trying to price models to their actual cost (hours of labor).
