Hi, I made this little Christmas gingerbread house for the holidays.
I made the 3D model from scratch, textured, rigged and animated it, yes, a house has an animation, it's used for games, decoration, animations, etc... I can't say if it's made to be 3D printed.
It has 4,829 polygons and 2,572 vertices, I left it ready to go and use, with built-in textures, normalized normals, a bone skeleton, and different materials.
