a nice quality movie theater 3d model

this model is suitable for use in broadcast, film, tv ads, design visualization, presentation, motion graphic, etc.

created in 3ds max 2016

images were rendered in v-ray 3.20.03 (wireframes and other 3d software previews are below too)
v-ray lights and a v-ray physical camera are included.
(ceiling lights and side neon lights are instanced, so you can easily select one of them and turn them all off for dark movie watching mode precisely)

a few objects in the scene are instances (acoustic left right walls, seats), so you may edit them
in the theater there are 580 seats (29 x 20)
import export tests: autodesk fbx and obj formats worked perfectly in maxon cinema 4d, blender and unreal engine. (screenshots for unreal engine 4, c4d r19 and blender 2.9 are included below). found no issues so far.
