this 3d model is created on a real chair base. all the measurements are made to be as close to real life size as possible.

the textures are specifically chosen to represent a slightly worn out chair. all the edges can be seen to be a bit damaged, and all of it is already on the diffuse image.

all the textures are pre-baked so it's very easy to transfer this file to unity, ue4 or any other game engine.
