Overall Build

A towering, hulking humanoid, about 8 heads tall and twice as wide as a man. The posture is upright and heavy, like a golem, not a skeleton.
Body

The entire body is constructed from interwoven bones — femurs, ribs, vertebrae, and hundreds of smaller bones fused together like armor plating. It's not a skeleton wearing armor, it is the armor.
The chest is a layered ribcage over a spine core. The shoulders are capped with animal skulls. The arms and legs are thick columns of stacked long bones, ending in massive hands and feet made entirely of phalanges and metacarpals forming claws.
Key details buyers will zoom in on: human skulls embedded in the thighs and knees, a full spine running down the back, and smaller skulls on the shoulders.
Head

A bleached deer/elk skull with a long snout and empty eye sockets, topped with a huge, branching rack of antlers. The antlers are the silhouette-maker — they make it instantly readable from a thumbnail.
Coloration

Uniform aged bone — off-white, pale yellow, and light grey. No flesh, no blood, no glow. The monochrome bone texture is the selling point.
