Description

Overall Build: A lanky, emaciated humanoid scarecrow, about 6'6" with the hat. He has that signature scarecrow slouch — shoulders hunched forward, arms hanging too long, knees slightly bent like he's hanging from an invisible cross. He feels weightless but threatening, like straw stuffed with bones.

Body / Armor: He wears the traditional scarecrow rags, but everything is blackened and rotting. A tattered long-sleeve shirt with patches and frayed cuffs, cinched at the waist with a rope belt, and torn trousers that stop at the shins to reveal bare, twig-like legs and large, splayed bare feet. His hands are oversized, made of bundled sticks and straw, ending in long, crooked fingers perfect for grabbing. Sharp twigs poke out from his shoulders and elbows like broken bones.

Head / Shoulders: This is the money shot. He wears a tall, floppy, stitched witch hat that droops to one side. Underneath, his face is a wooden cage — a muzzle made of vertical slats nailed together like a crate, hiding his entire lower face. Above the cage is pure black void, with only two small, pinprick white eyes glowing from deep inside the hat's shadow. No nose, no mouth visible, just that glowing stare through the bars. It's instantly iconic and creepy as hell.

Weapons: His body is the weapon. The cage face suggests he was made to silence something, and the claw hands are for snatching. He looks like he'd stalk cornfields at night, not run.

Coloration: Burnt-field palette. All blacks, charcoals, and soot greys with a matte, dusty fabric texture. The only contrast is those two tiny white eye glints, which makes him read perfectly in dark scenes. He’s designed to be a silhouette monster — you see the hat and the cage first.
