Models in the pack:

• Utility Meter Cabinet - 100 x 60 x 185.5 cm - one door, meter, breaker, window glass
• Lighting Control Cabinet - 142 x 70 x 215.9 cm - double door, full DIN-rail interior, indicator lamps
• Kiosk Transformer Substation - 422 x 256 x 255 cm - 4 doors, medium-voltage, transformer and low-voltage compartments, service step
• Diesel Generator Container - 646 x 285 x 410 cm - 3 service doors, ISO cargo doors with locking bars, engine, exhaust, rain cap, fuel lid

Main features:

• Every model is rigged: one bone per door (and per locking bar, rain cap and fuel lid) on the hinge axis, with rotation limits. Rigid skinning - every moving part follows one bone.
• Detailed interiors behind the doors: switchgear, breakers, transformer, diesel engine.
• PBR Metal / Roughness textures, PNG 4096 x 4096 (one texture set per model): Base Color, Normal (DirectX and OpenGL), ORM, AO, Roughness, Metallic, Emissive; meter window glass 512 x 512.
• 40 textures, 5 materials (one per model + the meter glass).
• Non-overlapping UVs, clean topology, welded solid parts.
• The pivot of every model is the centre of its base on the ground; fronts face +X.
• Real-world scale. Units: centimeters in 3ds Max and Unreal Engine, meters in Blender, GLB and OBJ.
• No animation in the files - the rig is ready for your own door animation.
• Unreal Engine 5.8 project: skeletal meshes, master material with instances, showcase level.
• Model suitable for games and high-quality rendering.

Special notes:

• FBX and OBJ files take their textures from the shared Textures folder (relative paths) - keep the folder next to them.
• The Blender file carries all its textures inside - nothing to relink.
• The 3ds Max file needs Corona Renderer 12 or newer. Saved in the 3ds Max 2023 format, the four models stand in a row centred on the origin, clean transforms.
• For a manual FBX import into Unreal Engine enable Convert Scene Unit.
