high detail - cityhouse 3D Model

high detail 3d model - cityhouse:
for only 8 dollars you get this highly detailed model!
rather low polycount for the amount of detail put into the model.

the 3d model was created based upon a real house, in real units of measurement.

- .blend (created in blender in februari 2016)
[note: you will find two blender files in the .rar. 'p02cityhouse' is the official one used to render the images aswell. the other .blend file has the changeable materials.]
- .fbx (multi format)
- .obj (multi format)
' you can also find the textures in the texturenormalsspecular.rar
- included texturemaps are:
* texture map
* normal map
* specular map
' a few of the images shown above are rendered within unreal engine 4 with the highresscreenshot button. it works in unreal engine 4.
' the other renders are made in blender using 'blender render'.
' everything on the images is included except for the unreal engine 4 map.
