Compact PET / PETG Thermoforming Machine – 30 × 22.5 cm Sheets

This compact thermoforming machine is designed for PET and PETG sheets with a working area of 30 cm × 22.5 cm, making it ideal for small molds, prototyping, packaging tests, and custom parts.
Its robust metal construction, controlled heating system, and efficient vacuum design ensure uniform and repeatable thermoforming results.

Heating System

• Uses 3 to 4 infrared heaters, connected in parallel
• Each heater: 35 cm long, with a maximum power of 1 kW
• Power is regulated through a dimmer, allowing precise temperature control
• Heating cycle is managed by a timer (TOFF) and a high-current contactor, safely handling the load of the infrared heaters
• This setup allows smooth, controlled heating of PET/PETG sheets without overheating or deformation.

Frame and Clamping System

• Blue frames built from 1-inch L-shaped steel angles
• Equipped with two heavy-duty steel hinges (230 mm long)
• The frame firmly presses and holds the PET/PETG sheet in place during heating and forming
• Custom-cut rubber gaskets are used to seal the sheet, ensuring proper vacuum suction

Vacuum / Suction System

• External vacuum system (not integrated)
• Connection via a rear quick-coupling fitting
• Recommended minimum of 3 suction points for uniform and consistent forming
• Transparent PVC tubes allow easy visual inspection of airflow and suction performance

Structure and Build Quality

• Main body made from 0.75 mm folded steel sheet
• Finished with high-temperature grill paint, resistant to heat and thermal stress
• Clean, industrial design optimized for durability and workshop use
• The contactor and transparent PVC tubing are mounted underneath the suction base for easy maintenance and protection

Control Interface

Front-mounted momentary (non-latching) push button

Pressing the button:

1. Starts the timer countdown (TOFF)
2. Activates the contactor
3. Supplies power to the dimmer, which controls the voltage delivered to the infrared heaters
4. This system ensures safe, timed, and repeatable heating cycles for consistent thermoforming results.
