lowpoly thatched house with three texture variations of the walls and two texture variations of the timber frame. it has 966 vertices,603 faces, and 1192 triangles. it was not modeled to be entered. (if you need it with inside modeled - please contact me) the native format is blender 2.79. scale in the native app - approx 9.8x5.12x5.85 m (32.15x16.8x19.2 feet). origin is at the world center and at the bottom center of the building. the blender file has textures packed. previews are in-app (blender) views, not renders. the last preview is a sample screenshot from unreal engine where double-sided materials were used on the thatch.
house platforms that can be used under the house for added detail. it has 88 vertices, 70 faces and 140 triangles. scale in blender - approx 7.6x5.8x0.37 m (24.9x19x1.2 feet). origin is at world center and at bottom center of the piece. models positioned on layers in blender and exported as archive of 4 separate meshes in other included formats.
textures include: 2048x2048 jpg format - dark weathered wood, light weathered wood(does not have separate normal,specularity and displacement since it can use the ones from the dark wood texture) , dirty planks, thatch (upper part), plaster, brown daub, two doors diffuse and normal maps are used in the native file (blender). specularity and displacement are included for convenience in the texture pack, but not used. 1024x512 png with transparency + normalmap used (in blender) - bottom part of the thatch (specularity and displacement are included for convenience in the texture pack, but not used.)
