the set includes 3 models for each object. ·a low poly model so you can add your own subdivision surface modifier or use it as it is. ·a high poly model with the modifier already applied. ·another even higher poly model with the modifier already applied.

the models are made out of quads. the toilet uses tris in the interior in order to reduce the poly count. it doesn't get deformed and its not that visible anyways.
