the platform is composed of a fine tuning mobile platform mechanism by a lead screw and a slide rail mechanism. the platform mechanism includes two axis moving mechanisms, one of which is z-axis moving mechanism and the other is y-axis moving mechanism, which can be used as a fine tuning mechanism for displacement. it is a good reference model.
