here i would like to share my pokemon or card tray. i have tested it with different hinges but i think this was the best option for it. i have put my own personal settings from ultimaker cura for this project. i use a anycubic i3 mega s for 3d printing. it didn't print the tray perfectly, but for me it was no big issue.
i have placed some support material on the tray but not ***ween the hinges. while taking out the support, the top and bottom of the tray stayed fixed to each other. you will have to apply some force to separate them and then they will be loose to open and close.
