this mold is for casting.print it on a 3d printer and put it together.after assembly it is recommended to wrap the thread with a thread for greater stability.
if you want to get a metal ax, fill the mold with molten paraffin or molding wax.after the paraffin has cooled down, gently disassemble the mold.the extracted form of paraffin is covered with a layer of gypsum.gypsum is suitable for anyone.attention, allow the gypsum to dry out during the day.then the gypsum form will need to be freed from paraffin.place the plaster mold in the oven until all paraffin flows into the prepared container.
we obtained a plaster mold ready for casting metal.in order for the gypsum form to withstand the heat and not crack.we`ll put it in a suitable container.attention in order to heat the mold, make a spring from the metal wire and apply voltage from the welding machine to both ends of the wire.then sprinkle the mold with sand.the spring in the sand will heat the mold, and the sand will reliably hold the mold.now you can pour metal.after the metal has cooled down, remove the mold from the container and clean it from the gypsum.the resulting casting should be processed and polished in places where it is necessary.
