small pop up shop Low-poly 3D Model

small pop up shop that was created using blender. this model can be used in game development, animations, scenes and much more. included are two versions of the model, one high poly model and one low poly model. both model versions come with their own set of respective textures.

both models are the same size and use a diffuse texture that uses the alpha channel to allow the glass to become transparent. there is also an optional diffuse texture that does not make the glass for the windows transparent. both models are scaled to the epic skeleton that is found when using the unreal engine.

-includes a total of 14 pbr textures in png format (7 for hp model and 7 for low poly model)
-textures can be edited in any photo editing software
