General Overhead Crane Instruction Manual
This manual is used for electric hooks, grab buckets, electromagnetic, dual-purpose, triple-purpose, explosion-proof, insulation, hanging beam, large lift, slow speed, double speed, double trolley, ground control for indoor and outdoor fixed span operations. Installation and commissioning, delivery acceptance and use and maintenance of bridge cranes.
This manual introduces the typical structure and usage characteristics of various types of general-purpose overhead cranes. Please refer to the attached drawings for the specific structure, performance, main technical parameters and external dimensions of the general-purpose bridge crane manufactured by our factory.
The technical basis for the design and manufacture of general overhead cranes is GB3811 "Code for Design of Cranes". The on-site experiment and acceptance of general bridge cranes are based on GB/T14405 "General bridge cranes.
Heavy Machinery" National Standard.
The conditions of use for the normal supply of general overhead cranes are:
1. The power supply used by the crane is three-phase AC, the frequency is 50Hz, and the voltage is 380V. The allowable voltage fluctuations on motors and appliances are +10 and -15 of the rated voltage.
2. The working conditions of the crane are:
①Indoor temperature is -5~40℃; outdoor temperature is -25~40℃.
② There shall be no flammable, explosive and corrosive gases in the working environment (except for explosion-proof cranes).
③ The radiant heat temperature of the lifting items to the hook part of the crane shall not exceed 300℃. If it exceeds the above range, it will be handled according to special requirements. 3. The running track of the crane shall comply with the provisions of GB10183 standard. Druckfertige: Nein
