3D model of the original 2000 Sony PlayStation 2 video game console.
- Lo-poly UV-unwrapped (non-overlapping)
- Materials and textures included
- No n-gons
- Rigged (game box only)
- Real scale
The .blend file has two scenes: the view in the first scene is set exactly as it's seen in the thumbnail, while the second has all the objects centered in the world origin. The first scene could be used for renders and the second for modifications and exports.
Due to how the PS2 game cases fold while closing and opening the case, I have rigged the object so it is easier to animate. All models are easy to animate as all movable objects are separated. (they are all parented to their own 'Empties' so it is easier to manipulate the groups)
Texture maps:
- Console (4096x3096)
- Controller (4096x4096)
- Disc Case (2048x2048)
- Memory Card (2048x2048)
Modeled and unwrapped in Blender.Textured in 3D Coat.
