comes in three stand positions
as shown in screenshots, if you are
a little into 3dsmax you could ungroup
the lamp and try setting it up for various
other positions, just try figuring out the pivot
points and edit it.

if you need the bulb only just ungroup the model
and take it out.

change the lamp colours in the material editor (3dsmax)
