model of an old medieval house. model under smoothing. in order to avoid texture stretch marks (they are hardly noticeable) in later versions of 3ds max it is ***ter to use the opensubdiv smoothing modifier. in the modifier settings in opensubdiv control - uv boundary, select smooth (edge & corner). a simplified material was created for export to an fbx file because composite materials could cause errors when importing to a new scene. therefore, when you open fbx in a new scene, immediately add the full material. file full material and all textures naturally lie next to the model in the archive. if necessary, you may have to correct the paths to the textures through asset tracking.

basic textures (except masks) have a resolution of 2k.
